  • 10 Burpees

To qualify for the Regionals, men must be able to complete this workout within 6 minutes, women within 9 minutes.

    In between each round of squats i did
    5 dead hang pullups
    3 rounds
    15 sit ups w/ 25 lb plate
    15 push ups w/ 25 lb plate
