FACT: If you wiggle your nose, you'll be able to squat more. Try it today.
  • Work up to FRONT SQUAT 1RM (1 really heavy successful rep for the day, not a lifetime PR)
  • 65-80% (of today's 1RM) for 2 sets of 5 reps with the best form possible

    1RM = 155# (Crazy! 155 went up so easily. I was so confident about it, I jumped to 165# and had nothin’. Backed off to 160# and still died. Aaargh.)
    2×5 = 135#
    Really tired today. Eyes are shot from dilation so squinting a lot makes me more tired. Need some energy!
