As a new year approaches, thousands of people are training with the
hopes of going deep into the season. All potential competitors should be
familiar with the Rule Book.



  1. Made up Monday’s WOD:
    Snatch: 120#
    Front Squat: 180#
    2K Row: 8:44. Thought I was at a good, mellow pace but still ended up being faster than what was prescribed… I guess this is a good thing?
