Teams of 3
7 Box Jumps (24/20)
Shuttle Sprint (red line where box is to middle back to box then to far end of gym)
7 Kettlebell Swings (70/53)
Shuttle Sprint (red line where KB is to middle, back to KB then back to team at box)

*Teammate completes full round before partner begins next round
