Teams of Two Complete:
  • 30 (each) Partner Wall Ball
  • 30 Slam Ball 
  • 30 Hip Extensions 
  • 30 (each) Partner Med Ball Situps 
  • 30 Body Builders 
  • 30 Box Jumps 

(optional: 2nd Round of 15 each)

At the stations with two exercises team members execute opposite movements and once both team members complete their first movement then they switch movements. Each team member will complete 30 reps of each movement.

  1. My st.31 Sat. WOD:
    1 mile of hill intervals on the treadmill with 45lb weight vest.
    then:
    With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
    I used 88lbs. and got 6 rounds. I finished the 7th but was just over on time. =(
    then 5 rounds of:
    10 reps ea.
    67lb OH squat
    24″ box jump
