Minutes 0-12 (6 Mins/person) – Build to a Heavy Hang Squat Clean
Minutes 13-26 (7 Mins/person) – Build to a Heavy Double Front Squat
Minutes 27-43 (8 Mins/person) – Build to a Heavy Triple Bench Press
2 Partners on a barbell/bench. One partner lifts on even minutes, 2nd partner lifts on odd minutes until each has completed the given number of intervals at each lift.
