We had 3 new people who came to play as well!  Welcome Ashley, Wyatt, and Jessica!  Awesome effort on your first CrossFit workout, and especially it being the Filthy Fifty.  We really enjoyed your energy and you’re all a great addition to our group!

  3. Late for the train? They’re from Vertical Relief! Gosh I miss you kids. Today I made a 15# med ball by stuffing sand into 2$ basket ball from goodwill and duct taping the whole works together. It’s nice yellow tape, so it now has a smiley face painted upon it… we will call him “Happy.” I hate Happy already… I’ve recruited 3 folks to crossfit with me. Our GettoCrossFit facility is growing! Pictures soon. Y’all rock!
