WOD-Linc’s Thursday Evening Gut Check

  • 5 minutes of Wall Ball-max reps
  • 15 minutes of Dips and Pullups-max reps of each, performed in any order you choose to get through them
  • 2 laps (about 200 ft.) Farmer Walk
