WOD-CrossFit Eastside’s Signature Workout-The Nifty Fifty!
For Time:

  • 50 Kettlebell Swings -1.5 pood(54lb.) men, 1 pood(36lb.) wmn
  • 50 GHD Situps
  • 50 AbMat Situps
  • 50 Stiff-leg Deadlifts -95lb. men, 65 lb. wmn
  • 50 GHD Hip Extensions
  • 50 Pullups

This was one of their early workouts developed when they first started at "The Carport".
