Skill Focus – push press

WOD –  3 Rounds of:

  • 10 Box Jumps, 20"
  • 1 Rope climb, 15' (Beginner rope climbs okay)
  • 10 Box jumps, 20"
  • 10 Dumbbell Push press, 10-15#'
  • 10 Box Jumps, 20"
  • 10 Squats
