Men: 30-lb. ball to 10-ft. target
Women: 20-lb. ball to 9-ft. target

Wall ball are tough and heavy wall balls are even worse. Here is a quick tip that may help relieve that intense shoulder burn you may have had during “Heavy Karen”.
