Week 1 Wendler Back Squat
Take 90% of the 1RM you found last week. THAT is your Wendler 1RM. Take the following percentages of that 90%.

65%x5 reps
75%x5 reps
85%x5+ reps

12 minute AMRAP:
30 air squats
200M run
10 Push Jerks
Choose a weight for Push Jerks you can do unbroken in beginning or be able to maintain 2 sets of 5 for whole work out.


The later classes in the day had to battle the snow and winds on their 400 M runs. Notice they are STILL SMILING!! =)
