    Billy – Tara’s workout: 21-15-9 Push Press, 65lb, Box Jumps, 24″ (he did 30″), then 10-10-10 rep rds. OH Squat, 65 b., Pullups, then 5 Rope Climbs 17:50
    Monty – also did part of Tara’s workout: 21-15-9 rep rds. Shoulder Press, 25lb., Slam Ball, 15 lb.(instead of Box Jump)
