DECEMBER FOCUS – Front Squats

Warm up – 3 rounds: 5 Lateral Hops over small Hurdle -> 15m jog -> 15m Karioca or Grapevine -> 15m plank walk ->  15m high knee skip

Skill Work: Duck Walk / Front Squats 

WOD: Set up 4 cones and complete the following:

  • Cone 1 -> Cone 2: Frog Hop
  • Cone 2 -> Cone 3: Crab Walk
  • Cone 3 -> Cone 4: Bear Crawl
  • Between each trip around the cones: 7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Front Squats
