5 rounds for time (25 minute cap)
     25 strict toes to bar
     25 back extensions
     15-foot legless rope climb, 5 ascents

Each rope climb should begin and end seated on the floor.

Strength WOD –
Dynamic Overhead carry 5 x 50′ climbing in weight

Start from rack with barbell, bands and light KB hanging from bands.
