2 Mile Run -at every 400m, perform
                  15 air Squats and
                  J
umprope 10 Double-unders
                   or 50 Singles

Rest 3 minutes, then:

30 GHD Situps, 30 GHD Hip/Back Extensions
 
Jason, Joe, and Isabelle ran an additional 1/2 mile on their time.
