Chloe is getting better and better at the shrug and hip extension of the Olympic movements.  A month and also 2 weeks ago, during clean and snatches both, she has had the normal tendency to pull with her arms very early, rather than allowing her arms to be ropes and using the aggressive extension and shrug to put motion on the bar so she can then pull herself under it.  See photos below.  Today (photos above) we saw a much better extension through the hips, more shrug, and less early arm bend.  In the center photo, her arm bend is due more to pulling herself under the bar, rather than because she curled it or pulled it up to her.  5th photo is going for the jerk. Practice, practice, practice!  It really does come!  Nice work, Chloe!  You have been really pushing yourself on that form and coordination!

GREAT job on the vicious extension here in the power of the 2nd pull.  This is where the aggressiveness needs to happen to get that bar weightless.
