Katie, thanks for bringing your sister!  It was GREAT having you, Lindsey!  Awesome work coming from sea level, literally!  Lindsey has spent a semester at sea.  Her workouts have included a lot of running on a treadmill on the boat, trying to stay on the treadmill despite the tossing of the waves!

  1. Hehe, feel sorry for the 5:30 crew, they will be running the 1 mile for sure. Lisa and I checked the route after my 4 min run time(we both knew that was not for real)
