Tonight’s workout was a two-parter:

  • Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2 up to a max double

John T. 110kg (a new pr)

Linc 115kg

Bob 100kg

Second part was 10 minutes for max rounds of:

  • Kettlebell swing x5
  • Standing broadjump out and broadjump back

John: 23 rounds with 12kg k-bell

Linc: 21.5 rounds with 16kg k-bell

Bob: 21.5 rounds with 24kg k-bell
