With the rest staying constant during the rounds of Barbara the intent of the workout is to go as hard as you can during the round and then bringing the heart rate down during the rest period. Whether you did opt.A, banded pull ups, or squatted with a baby, CFF you did a great job scaling the rounds down to meet the intent of the workout. Awesome to see a such a great turn out for a tough benchmark workout.
