WOD
Stay with same weight for all 3 sets of 5 reps.  Weight
should be challenging through all 3 sets, and near failure by last rep
of last set.  Rest between sets.

Back Squat

5-5-5 Rep Sets, then bonus round*
Bench Press

5-5-5 Rep Sets, then bonus round*
Deadlift

1 set of 5 reps, then bonus round*

Decrease load and burn out 20 reps of each exercise at the end of each of the 3 sets of each movement.

Compare to October 9 and October 17, 2007.  Mostly compare the gym back then to today!
