  1. Barbara today and more than 1/2 of the pullups were kipping!!! 1st round was fastest@3:05, 4th round the slowest @6:15. Total time 36:30.
    Oh, and Lisa I love burpees now! Yah right… 150 in 12:20
    We did 31rds of 5 SDHP, 5 PP that burned!!! Keeping it up and can’t wait to see all of you in Feb.!
