  • 80 Jujitsu Situps
  • 80 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 80 Russian Kettlebell Swings
  • 80 Romanian Deadlifts
  • 80 Polish Pushups (Burpees)
  • 800m Buddy Bell Run (team takes one KB on the run)

Men 1.5 pd. / Women 1 pd.
