A. 15 minutes to4th of JUly board
Run 800 meters carrying an empty barbell.

Then use remainder of time to find a 1 rep max partner Clean and Jerk.

B. 100 partner single Unders for time

C. 100M partner sled push
25# plate + your partner switch after 50 meters for total time.
