  1. I don’t think I’ve ever hurt this bad after a workout – maybe sometimes it is good after all to “listen to your body” and stop when it really hurts…I feel like I might have bruised my ribs or something…ouch.

  2. Today, (Tuesday), Chloe rowed again, needing to beat herself, Cullen, AND Isabelle. She did better her own time and, with great satisfaction, Isabelle’s, with a time of 44:53. Nice work!
