For Total Time:
135 lb. M/95 lb. W

5 Rounds of:

    1 Power Clean
    3 Hang Squat Cleans
    IMG_39452 Jerks
    200 ft. Sprint

When 5 rds. are complete, rest for 2 min., then repeat entire sequence for 5 more rounds.
Record total time for all 10 rounds, including the 2 min. rest period.
