Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps


Strength WOD –

Clean and jerk complex
5 rounds – Every 3 minutes, complete:
1 x full squat clean + 1 x hang squat clean + 1 x split jerk.
Start the working sets around 60% and work up to a max to for the day
